the biggest motivation for me is the fact that I’ve never seen myself skinny
so I don’t know what I’ll look like
I don’t know if my hip bones are pointed or if they’re more rounded
I don’t know if I’ll have a wide or a narrow thigh gap
I don’t know if my rib cage is tapered or straight
but I’m going to find out when I see them

Reasons not to eat
- to make them all jealous
- so the “skinny friend in the group” is now just seen as average
- to feel beautiful in anything you wear
- to hear “have you lost weight?”
- buying new clothes for your skinny figure
- having perfect skin
- being confident
- people scared they’ll “break you” because you’re so dainty and fragile
- going into a store and everything’s too big
- more time to be productive instead of eating
- watching all of your friends eat whilst you don’t feel the needy
- being drowned in your boyfriends clothes
- being picked up with no effort at all
- finally being happy
Mentality Switch:
When it comes to food we have to stop saying “I want it, but I can’t have it” and start saying “I can have it, but I don’t want it”
This will change your relationship with food.
